The Role
You'll work alongside the lead carpenter and team to support projects from start to finish, staying hands on in all aspects of the build.
Responsibilities Include
Project Setup and Support
- Assist with job site setup and protection
- Help organize materials, tools, and daily workflow
- Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Install framing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, trim, drywall, cabinetry, and more
- Read and follow construction drawings and plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep projects on schedule
- Assist with final cleanup and project completion
- 2 years of carpentry or construction experience
- Basic ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
- Reliable, consistent, and shows up ready to work
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in residential remodeling or high end work is a plus.
- Full time position
- $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience and capability
