As a Carpenter Apprentice, you'll assist carpenters and leads on the job site while learning the foundational skills of the trade. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support carpenters in day-to-day tasks and anticipate their needs on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsitesweeping, trash removal, and tool organization
- Courteously interact with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors
- Take initiative to improve your carpentry knowledge and skillset
- Follow all company safety protocols, using proper PPE and reporting unsafe conditions
- A genuine interest in carpentry and residential construction
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical tasks throughout the day
- Respect for others and a desire to contribute to a values-based team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full time position
- Competitive hourly range at $18 to $22, based on experience
- Mentorship and hands-on learning from experienced tradespeople
- Auto Enrollment in company 401K plan with up to 4% matching company contributions (after 6 month probation period.)
