Key Responsibilities
As our Carpenter, you will:
Manage and supervise residential construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship
Assign and explain tasks to the team, providing leadership and support
Inspect the team’s work regularly to maintain top-quality standards
Work with the production manager to solve project-related challenges
Engage with clients, offering expert recommendations and ensuring clear communication
Oversee carpentry tasks, including rough and finish carpentry, and ensure safety standards are met
Skills & Qualifications
7 years of experience as a Carpenter
1 years of supervisory experience in a construction role
Strong knowledge of carpentry, including blueprint reading and material estimating
Ability to manage both on-site and in-shop tasks, and coordinate labor, materials, and time requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license required
