Job Title - Lead Enterprise Architect
Location - Onsite in Findlay, Ohio or San Antonio, Texas
Role Type - Direct Hire
Must Have Skills:
- 5 years of enterprise architecture experience with a strong focus on future-state architecture, governance, and roadmaps
- Deep hands-on expertise within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, Intune, Entra ID, Copilot)
- Experience with AI-enabled digital workplace solutions (AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation)
- Ability to align architecture decisions with business value, risk, and strategic outcomes
- Proven experience leading architecture reviews and influencing senior stakeholders
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Define and evolve enterprise digital workplace architecture across people, processes, and platforms
- Develop and maintain architecture strategies, roadmaps, and reference architectures aligned to business priorities
- Lead design sessions and architecture reviews to establish future-state vision and execution plans
- Drive adoption of AI-powered collaboration tools and intelligent workplace technologies
- Partner with business and IT leadership to ensure alignment between technical solutions and organizational goals
- Guide implementation planning across modern workplace environments, including mobile-first productivity and endpoint management
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for digital workplace solutions
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven user experiences and automation capabilities
- Support initiatives involving Microsoft Teams Rooms, collaboration platforms, and enterprise mobility
- Influence enterprise-wide decision-making through strategic architecture leadership
- Balance innovation with security, scalability, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities and user experience
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
