Job Title - Lead Product Owner, Copilot & Power Platforms
Location - Onsite in San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH
Role Type - Direct Hire
Must Have Skills:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in agentic AI and AI agents, with ability to implement enterprise-scale automation
- Strong experience owning AI-driven product portfolios within Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio)
- Proven ability to drive enterprise adoption of AI solutions across multiple business units
- Experience defining and executing product roadmaps for AI-enabled and low-code/no-code solutions
- Strong Product Owner experience in Agile environments (backlog ownership, prioritization, cross-functional coordination)
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Own and lead a portfolio of AI-driven products focused on Copilot and Power Platform solutions
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled workflows, copilots, and automation tools
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into scalable product solutions
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and user experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, analytics, and operations teams
- Lead backlog management, prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
- Champion AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements using low-code/no-code platforms
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new technologies
- Ensure scalability, usability, and performance of AI-powered solutions across the enterprise
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
