What are the responsibilities and job description for the EQUIPMENT OPERATOR & LABORER position at Cove Communities?
Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance on tractors and equipment
- Make safety checks of equipment daily and report concerns to mechanic, supervisor or facilities manager
- Operate equipment (Backhoe, Tractors, Dump Truck) in a safe manner and ensure a safe environment for guests
- Assist projects and Utilities Lead with projects and Utilities needs.
- All other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
