What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Cove Communities?
The Landscaper contributes directly to a positive guest experience by helping to provide a clean and safe resort for our guests.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides Landscaping services for the resort
- Also provides Landscaping for golf course as needed
- Assist with all facets of resort and grounds care
- Assists Lead Landscaper with training of seasonal staff.
- Follow all Point Sebago safety procedures at all times
- During off-season, assist with snow removal and other projects as needed and assigned
- Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have a clean driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds on a regular basis, withstand long periods of time on feet, and kneeling.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to execute small projects with or without support staff with limited supervision.
Compensation:
$17 an hour
