Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and pressing machines with precision and care
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing according to established standards
• Perform dry cleaning procedures for delicate or specialty items when required
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies of detergents, cleaning agents, and linens
• Ensure timely completion of laundry tasks to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Familiarity with dry cleaning techniques for delicate fabrics or garments
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loads effectively
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads safely
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately

Pay: $14.00 - $14.01 per hour
