Nevada County is nestled in California’s Sierra Nevada foothills, about an hour outside Sacramento and two hours from the San Francisco Bay Area. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Nevada County Information Systems Team as a Senior Information Systems Analyst with a focus on Customer Care and Desktop Services!
Under the direction of an IS Manager, this position will support our enterprise vision of excellent services by implementing and overseeing training and support programs that seek to enhance County employee use and function of technology systems. This position will be integrated into the leadership team of our department, participating in direction-setting and strategic visioning, identifying quality issues, and recommending resolutions. Oversite for the care of our internal customers by developing and coordinating our internal customer training and customer satisfaction programs and supervising the day-to-day operations of our Desktop Services team is a primary responsibility. There will be strong interaction with the IS team to review feedback from various teams and to develop objectives and goals that enhance our customer’s experience.
The ideal Team Member is well-rounded, possessing strong customer service experience and program administration skills. Training will be provided for specific technologies, so prior experience is not as important as a willingness to grow and learn. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Qualified candidates have experience in these primary areas:
- Customer Satisfaction Program development
- Technical training program administration
- Staff Supervision

Salary : $104,871 - $128,026
