We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for County Prestress and Precast at Whitestown, IN.
Job Duties:
- Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, performing clerical tasks and general housekeeping
- Provide support with benefits administration by answering questions and providing information
- Perform timecard review for location
- Perform data entry and run reports when necessary
- Act as location accounts payable to assist accounting department with data entry
- Responsible for filing, recording and maintaining records
- Perform advanced data entry within Excel; create and maintain formulas to support reporting, analysis, and accuracy.
Work Environment:
- Office working environment
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting frequently
- Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
- Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely
Experience & Qualifications:
- High School education required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in related field preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft products, with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to perform accurate data entry in Excel, build and maintain formulas, and generate reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must.
