Brand Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Representative at our Albany, NY location. The Brand Representative will serve as the face of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, providing excellent customer service while actively promoting and representing the brand to guests. Daily responsibilities include engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction, communicating the brand’s values clearly and effectively, fostering brand awareness, and maintaining high standards of guest experience to align with the company’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive guest relationships and create a welcoming environment
• Experience with Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness initiatives to represent and promote the brand effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and deliver an outstanding experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
