Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Set up breakfast buffet or service stations, ensuring presentation is appealing and stocked throughout service hours.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements, menu inquiries, and special dietary requests using excellent communication skills.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, condiments, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols during meal preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and presentation.
- Uphold guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Skills in food preparation, catering, or banquet service are advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling techniques is desirable.
