Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all residential or hospitality areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal
- Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously
- Manage kitchen-related tasks such as basic cooking assistance or food preparation when required
- Uphold safety protocols and janitorial procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation standards
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial practices
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining fabric quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and supplies for effective maintenance
- Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus
