Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in CRM software, lead generation, and territory management to achieve sales targets and foster long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team within the region, including coaching on sales management, inside sales, and retail sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and identify new avenues for expansion.
  • Conduct regular territory reviews to optimize coverage and resource allocation for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment.
  • Strong background in technology sales, with familiarity in CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and executing effective direct sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos and upsell solutions effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with salesforce automation tools, marketing collaboration, and data analysis is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills necessary for building lasting client relationships.
