- Schedule inspection appointments with customers, ensuring mutually convenient dates and times.
- Review work acknowledgments and test reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality control compliance.
- Manage, process, and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
- Assist with accounts receivable (AR) resolution processes related to inspection services, as needed.
- Process annual renewals of inspection agreements and contracts.
- Enter and maintain new inspection and monitoring agreements within the service management system.
- Manage and monitor third-party reporting platforms and ensure timely updates and compliance.
- Attend Inspection Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings, provide status updates, and document meeting minutes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
