Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Saturday, plus every other Wednesday
Wednesday Day Shift Thursday–Saturday Evening Shift
Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday–Wednesday

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans for residents
- Independently supervise and deliver high-quality nursing care
- Support and advocate for some of our community's most vulnerable residents
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in your practicing state
- Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills
- Passion for positively impacting others' lives
- Understanding of—and compliance with—state and federal regulations
