Overview
We are seeking a Program Support Specialist to support regional energy efficiency initiatives across utility, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. This role partners closely with program managers, utility customers, and implementation vendors to ensure smooth program execution, accurate reporting, and high-quality stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day implementation of energy efficiency programs
- Respond to utility and partner inquiries via email and phone
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and risks
- Review reports, invoices, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain SharePoint content, records, and program files
- Perform data analysis and reporting on program costs and energy savings
- Assist with presentations, infographics, and written summaries
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and stakeholder events
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting programs or projects in a structured environment
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- SharePoint experience (content management, lists, libraries)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a federal background check (SF-85)
- U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
