Do blank whiteboards call your name? Are you the first to ask why, challenging yourself, and those around you? Are you inherently curious what motivates consumers to purchase? We are seeking a Senior Strategist to bridge the gap between strategy and creativity, transforming insights into compelling marketing campaigns. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and imaginative storytelling, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and the horizontal consumer journey. As a Senior Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, copywriters, media planners, and strategists—to develop and execute innovative work that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, pitch, and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate insights into compelling narratives—spanning messaging, visual storytelling, and IRL or digital activations.
  • Ideate, develop, and launch innovative campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Develop loyalty strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Integrate loyalty programs into lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Create membership experiences that build community and brand affinity.
  • Lead and optimize ad performance initiatives, analyzing results and continuously refining campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, building, testing, launching, and analyzing.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, creativity, and decision-making.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and refine lifecycle strategies.
  • Partner with clients to ensure alignment on strategic direction, creative vision, and measurable performance goals.

Qualifications

  • 8 years experience working in highly cross-functional teams including brand, consumer, creative and technology.
  • A desire to do hard work and celebrate the success that comes with it.
  • Deep consumer lifecycle communications knowledge, understanding the consumer journey from awareness to conversion and beyond, through onboarding, retention and churn winback to drive long-term lifetime value from consumers.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategic plans and creative solutions.
  • Proven track record of presenting your work to internal teams, senior leadership, and client partners.
