Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vehicle orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with clients to confirm specifications, options, and special requirements for each vehicle.
- Communicate with dealerships, manufacturers, and internal teams to track order status and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, changes, and communications in company systems.
- Monitor production and delivery schedules, providing updates to clients as needed.
- Identify and address potential delays or discrepancies proactively to minimize impact on clients.
- Support internal teams by providing accurate vehicle data, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline ordering processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a resource for clients and colleagues on vehicle availability, specifications, and company policies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of previous experience in automotive, fleet management, or related industry within a similar role.
- Experience working with general vehicle parts is strongly considered.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and specifications is a big plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address order issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
