About the Role

As our Order Management Coordinator, you will support the full order lifecycle while delivering a smooth and elevated experience for clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in keeping production on track and ensuring every piece meets the high standards our brand is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming purchase orders with precision, verifying product dimensions, materials, pricing, and custom specifications before releasing to production.
• Track orders from confirmation through fulfillment, ensuing timelines are met and proactively resolving delays with vendors, mills, and internal teams.
• Coordinate custom projects by managing approvals, samples, strike-offs, and production notes to ensure final products match client expectations.
• Communicate directly with high-end clients and designers to confirm order details, provide updates, and deliver a seamless service experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the order management system by updating lead times, shipment data, backorders, and product availability in real time.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to troubleshoot issues, gather product information, and assist with quotes or special order requests.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in order management, sales support, logistics coordination, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review measurements, materials, and custom specifications accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support clients and internal teams professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving delays or discrepancies.
