Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise network environment. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing critical network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Working as part of a Network Operations team, you'll provide advanced technical expertise, collaborate across multiple technical teams, support complex network initiatives, and help maintain a secure, reliable enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade enterprise networking equipment.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and connectivity issues.
- Design, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical records.
- Implement network changes while ensuring security and compliance best practices.
- Support routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and voice-integrated network environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams and provide knowledge sharing and guidance to peers.
- Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with Cisco Firewalls
- 10 years of experience with Cisco Routers
- 10 years of experience with Cisco Switches
- 10 years of experience with Cisco VPN
- 10 years of experience with Cisco Administration
- 5 years of experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
Preferred Skills
- 10 years of experience with monitoring and tracing tools
- 10 years of experience with core network architecture
- 10 years of experience with advanced troubleshooting, routing, and switching
- 4 years of experience with wireless networks
- 3 years of experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA and/or CCNP
