Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead multiple medium-to-large-scale technology initiatives within a healthcare-focused environment. This position will be responsible for managing high-priority projects that support critical business operations, system enhancements, and enterprise technology transformations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Project Manager who can go beyond schedule management and fully immerse themselves in business objectives, technical requirements, stakeholder relationships, and project execution activities to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document business and technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders
- Build, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate communication between business teams, technology teams, vendors, and leadership
- Track project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Create project documentation, governance materials, and executive reports
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple concurrent projects
- Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Present project updates, recommendations, and risks to executive leadership
- Support portfolio and program-level planning activities as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing projects within healthcare, healthcare technology, healthcare insurance, or related industries
- Strong background developing project plans, schedules, and resource management strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience with project governance, risk management, and issue resolution
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification
- Experience supporting healthcare claims, benefits, eligibility, or enterprise healthcare systems
- Experience managing large-scale technology implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory environments
