Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Overview
We are seeking a Client Technologies Technician to provide technical assistance and end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, monitors, application software, and networked systems. This role supports device builds, deployments, troubleshooting, and asset documentation within an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Verify BitLocker encryption keys are properly stored in Active Directory and/or InTune.
- Ensure MECM clients install successfully and devices remain connected to the network during post-build check-ins.
- Install required software and validate completion against build sheets.
- Deploy endpoint devices and associated peripherals for end users.
- Log support activities and resolutions in a help desk ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, or coordinate vendor repairs.
- Manage and update asset information in the designated asset management system.
- Assist with the removal or disposal of outdated equipment.
- Complete monthly patch-related responsibilities for designated devices.
Required Skills
- 4 years of experience in desktop and networked systems support.
- 2 years of experience in computer deployments, operation, and repair.
- 2 years of experience with hardware and software installation.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Expertise with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with a help desk ticketing system.
- Experience with NTS Network.
- Experience with Active Directory or InTune.
Education
- High school diploma required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (may substitute for experience).
Salary : $25 - $30
