Overview:
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to support a large-scale financial system modernization initiative. This role will focus on business process transformation, organizational readiness, and change management as part of a multi-year enterprise system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business readiness and transformation efforts
- Participate in workshops and planning sessions
- Assist with documentation, training, and process improvements
- Communicate project updates and expectations to stakeholders
- Help drive user adoption and organizational change
- Monitor business process updates and system readiness activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of IT or related experience
- 4 years of experience in business process improvement or process engineering
- 2 years of project management experience
- Experience with change management methodologies (ADKAR or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
- Experience supporting large system implementations
- Background in financial systems or ERP transformations
- Public sector experience is a plus
Salary : $50 - $60
