If you’re skilled in UKG, Excel, and payroll compliance, this could be your next great opportunity!Payroll CoordinatorMiramar, FL | OnsiteCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE• $26/hour• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM• W2• Start date: ASAPROLE IMPACTAs a Payroll Coordinator, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, directly influencing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your expertise in payroll systems and compliance will help streamline processes, support cross-functional initiatives, and maintain audit readiness in a fast-paced environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage full-cycle weekly payroll in UKG, including hours, PTO, and vacation verification• Process salary adjustments, commissions, bonuses, and special payments• Audit payroll data and submit final files to Shared Services for processing• Serve as primary contact for payroll and benefits-related employee inquiries• Collaborate on payroll reporting, special projects, and process improvementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• 2 years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and reporting tools• Knowledge of payroll deductions, tax compliance, and best practices• Familiarity with UKG payroll/timekeeping; SAP Financials preferredCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS• UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)• SAP Financials• Microsoft Excel• Payroll reporting platformsPREFERRED SKILLS• Background in accounting or finance• Experience building or customizing payroll reports• Strong interpersonal communication for high-volume supportLEGAL NOTICEBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
