Medical Scheduler
Location Lewisville, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.50/hour
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:30pm; Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm (shifts vary; most new hires start between 9:00am–11:00am post-training)
• W2 employment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments across multiple locations and modalities
• Enter patient demographics, insurance, and billing details with precision
• Deliver clear instructions for exam prep to patients and referring offices
• Manage high call volumes while navigating multiple systems
• Coordinate with clinics and providers to resolve scheduling and documentation needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years in medical scheduling, billing, or patient access
• Experience in high-volume call center or phone-based role
• 40 WPM typing speed
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Digital scheduling platforms
• Multi-screen data entry software
• Phone and call management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with multi-site scheduling
• Knowledge of medical terminology and prep requirements
