ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Location: Central Phoenix, AZ | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 35–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday | Flexible schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
ROLE IMPACT
This role provides essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will handle document preparation, mail coordination, and general office support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, copies, and scanned documents.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail; assemble and package materials for shipment.
• Support daily office functions and assist with clerical projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated job stability and reliability in previous roles.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS
• Criminal background check and drug screening.
• Verification of two recent employment references.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in office administration, records management, or data entry.
