Mortgage Warehouse Lending Collateral Control Specialist

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $20.42/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Employment Type: 12-month W2 Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
ROLE IMPACT
Support the warehouse lending operations team by ensuring mortgage collateral documents are accurately processed, tracked, and maintained. Success in this role is measured by attention to detail, timely document handling, and delivering excellent internal and external customer service while maintaining organized records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and process mortgage notes and collateral documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping of mortgage documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
• Manage inventory of collateral files and related documentation.
• Provide responsive client service and support regarding document status and processing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and accurately manage multiple administrative tasks.
