LOCATION
Fort Worth, TX 76102 | 100% Onsite Role
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Temp-to-hire
• Start date: September 30
ROLE IMPACT
Support accurate and timely medical claims processing by obtaining, validating, and maintaining current healthcare provider contact information. This role works directly with medical records and billing departments through outbound calls, fax, and email while protecting sensitive information and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Success requires strong follow-through, accuracy, and consistent performance in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact healthcare providers by phone, fax, or email to verify, update, and correct contact information needed to request medical documentation.
• Validate provider information with appropriate medical records or billing department contacts and maintain accurate records in the provider contact database.
• Review provider information on a recurring six-month schedule, obtain updated departmental contact lists when applicable, and correct duplicate or misspelled records.
• Respond to real-time requests from analysts, escalate issues to leadership when needed, and consistently meet established production standards.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications while supporting team production goals and proactively reporting potential issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience, including outbound calling, with medical office, healthcare administrative, or medical provider experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, with strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
