COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $16.00–$18.00/hour
• Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours
• W2 | Full-Time
ROLE IMPACT
This Inside Sales role serves as a key connection between corporate support and branch operations. You’ll proactively engage branch teams, promote value-added services, and help strengthen operational performance through relationship-building, service education, and ongoing support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound outreach to branch locations to promote value-added services
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch teams
• Identify opportunities to improve service utilization and operational performance
• Act as a point of contact to address branch concerns and support issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication and service adoption
• Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of branch interactions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of inside sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM and internal communication systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting multiple locations or branch operations
• Background in customer service or sales support environments
• Ability to influence and build rapport across teams
