This position is the liaison between Southwest Sales our manufacturers and Distributors. The successful Inside Sales Associate has excellent communication and people skills. This role will manage customer issues, opportunities, and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction and SWS profitability at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:
•First responder to inbound phone queue (repeat clientele)
•Maintains awareness, alertness and acuteness in all customer and team interactions.
•First tier support for our customers
•Maintain current product knowledge.
•Ability to navigate electronic resources via O365, share point, websites, and shared company files.
•Respond to emailed inquiries politely and professionally within departmental response turn-around times.
•Provide detailed accurate responses within the “Art of the Agency” framework.
•Build, nurture, and support relationships with manufacturers and customers.
•Respond to pre and post sales customer service requests.
•Timely response to email and voicemail inquiries
