This leadership role oversees one of the largest inside sales teams in the region, directly managing performance across 45–50 representatives in a high-energy call center. Success in this role is measured by team productivity, retention, and the ability to drive revenue through real-time coaching and operational excellence. You'll be the frontline catalyst for culture, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Inside Sales Supervisor
Location: Lewisville, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $65,000 base salary 20% performance bonus
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 2 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekday off provided when Saturday is worked
• Full-time, Direct Hire (W2)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coach a team of 45–50 inside sales agents across staggered shifts using real-time performance tools
• Execute daily workforce operations including scheduling, coverage, and shift planning
• Facilitate performance reviews and 1:1 coaching using CRM and AI-driven insights
• Resolve escalations, enforce accountability, and guide professional development
• Report on team metrics and trends to senior leadership for optimization
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience in inside sales or call center environments
• 2 years supervising teams of 15 in sales or service operations
• Background in QA, coaching, or agent development
• Proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, Slack, and call center tools
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, AI-based call analytics, live KPI dashboards
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Leadership experience with AI-powered quality assurance
• Proven ability to manage underperformance and coach to targets
• Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and team mentorship
