ROLE IMPACT
The Fleet Specialty Admin provides critical administrative and operational support to the Fleet Services and Lease Maturities teams. This role ensures timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient coordination of daily operations by serving as a primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries while supporting vehicle citation, toll administration, and departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer and internal inquiries, providing professional and timely support.
• Manage departmental phone lines and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail to ensure efficient communication and document handling.
• Process and maintain vehicle citation and toll administration activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for Fleet Services and Lease Maturities teams, contributing to smooth day-to-day business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in collections, compliance, customer service, and remarketing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
