Financial Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Hybrid (Remote Mon & Fri, Onsite Tues–Thurs)
Compensation & Schedule
- $30-32 per hour
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Temporary – 3 months (potential for extension)
Role Impact
The Financial Services Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to support advisor growth and field expansion. This role is responsible for building high-quality candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent. Success in this position means maintaining recruiting speed in a high-volume environment while ensuring strong candidate experience and quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment
- Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Online recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed)
Preferred Skills
- Financial services recruiting experience highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
