Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary
LOCATION Houston, TX 77056 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT
Join a respected law firm supporting a busy commercial litigation practice. In this role, you will help attorneys manage complex litigation matters by providing organized, accurate, and timely legal administrative support. Success is measured by attention to detail, effective case management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and litigation support for commercial litigation matters.
• Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, case files, and document organization.
• Coordinate communications with attorneys, clients, courts, and outside parties.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while supporting multiple priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Recent commercial litigation legal secretary experience is required.
• Experience in a law firm environment; candidates from established, reputable law firms are preferred.
• Texas legal experience is preferred; candidates with strong litigation experience from other states who are relocating will be considered.
