Client Bill Pay Specialist
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $65,000 annually
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 18-month contract with potential for conversion
ROLE IMPACT: Support financial management and bill payment operations by ensuring accurate, timely processing of client transactions, account reconciliations, financial records, and reporting. This role works closely with the Bill Pay servicing team and external vendors while maintaining strong compliance, quality, and risk-control standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process bill payments, reconcile account activity, balance transactions, and resolve payment-related issues.
• Onboard new Bill Pay clients, including account setup, statement delivery, online access credentials, and master bill checklists.
• Coordinate directly with vendors to establish services, resolve issues, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain detailed financial records, transaction logs, agreements, contracts, payroll documentation, and supporting records.
• Prepare monthly transaction summaries, budget variance and cash flow reports, and support annual client budgeting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bookkeeping and bill pay/payment operations experience.
• Financial services background with strong attention to detail and demonstrated risk and control awareness.
• Experience with client servicing and financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
