ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
LOCATION
Phoenix, Arizona | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20.43/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40 hours per week | 30-minute lunch
• Temp-to-Hire | Overtime not typically required
ROLE IMPACT
Support a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) team by processing transactions accurately and keeping invoice and expense records current. Success in this role means maintaining a 99% accuracy rate, resolving discrepancies efficiently, and managing multiple priorities while adapting to changing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness; research and resolve invoice, payment, and expense discrepancies.
• Enter, verify, and maintain Accounts Payable information in SAP and process employee expense reports in Concur.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and track Accounts Payable information while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve Accounts Payable questions and support additional AP projects as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Concur experience is required.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
