This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Specialist located in Atlanta, GA. The Claims Specialist will manage individual claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring efficient and thorough claims handling. Responsibilities include analyzing claim information, communicating effectively with clients, providers, and carriers, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. The role entails collaborating with internal teams to achieve timely and accurate results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling processes
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess and resolve claim scenarios
- Knowledge of Insurance principles and industry standards
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with clients, team members, and carriers
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
