Job Title: Bilingual Medical Call Center Rep

Pay: $17 - $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temp 3-6 months
Job Description: Provides accurate, prompt and courteous service to all Health Plan members and providers in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Ensure office procedures are followed
- Document and update records
- Make outbound calls to patients and members
Requirements:
- Must have 6 months experience working in a call center environment OR 6 months of medical experience
- Great Data Entry
- Bilingual in Spanish
- A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
- Enjoy working with people and providing customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- No visible tattoos or piercings
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Sense of urgency – must be able to work in a fast paced environment
