CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:
Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift
7am- 3:30pm
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Mon - Fri (depends on what shift you prefer)
Job Description\Requirements

The assembler position is responsible for using through hole soldering skills, along with hands and company machinery/tools to assemble products.

Perform through-hole assembly of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

Utilize soldering equipment and hand tools to achieve reliable solder joints meeting IPC standards.

Inspect solder connections for quality and rework as needed to correct deficiencies.

Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.

Handle components and assemblies in accordance with ESD procedures and company safety protocols.

Maintain productivity and quality standards within required time frames on first shift.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.

Document work performed and report any discrepancies or defective materials to supervisors.

Assist in cross-training and supporting other assembly tasks as required.

Must have experience doing mechanical assembly in a warehouse environment

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
