Location: Irving, TX 75061 (Hybrid: Mon–Thurs on-site | Fridays remote)
Employment Type: Contract (up to 18 months)
Pay Rate: Up to $31.50/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office | Friday remote
CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Project Coordinator – (Marketing/Creative) to support a fast-paced strategic communications and creative team in Irving, TX. This role serves as the central point of contact across internal stakeholders, ensuring high-volume projects like email campaigns, sales promotions, video content, product launches, and event logistics move forward smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Track and monitor project progress, identifying bottlenecks and communicating updates to campaign leaders
- Manage timelines and routing of creative projects from request to final delivery
- Escalate issues and remove roadblocks to keep deadlines on track
- Coordinate projects under budget guidelines and ensure smooth execution
- Serve as the liaison between communications/campaign teams and internal departments including creative, digital, social, and legal
- Communicate feedback and revisions between stakeholders and design/copy teams
- Assign and track tasks within Workfront, ensuring accountability across contributors
- Support brief meetings and provide summaries, next steps, and follow-up action plans
- Build trusted relationships across internal teams by learning stakeholder needs and business priorities
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong project coordination experience in a creative, marketing, communications, or advertising environment
- Proficiency in Workfront (required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Suite, and managing multiple workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and maintain high attention to detail
- Strong judgment, confidence, and professionalism in navigating internal client request
Preferred Background:
- Creative agency or in-house marketing/advertising experience
- Experience supporting email campaign deployment, project intake, and internal client workflow management
- Experience coordinating budgets and timelines in fast-paced environments
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong project management experience required
- Prior experience in marketing/advertising/public relations a plus!
