The Communications Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and promote the organizations services. This role combines elements of communications, digital marketing, and public relations to effectively engage with target audiences and drive campaign success.This is a Full-Time Direct hire role that is fully onsite (5 days a week) in Grapevine, Texas.

Position Overview
The Communications Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and promote the organizations services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Create and curate content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional items.
- Assist in planning and executing events to promote the organization and its initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the organizations social media presence and engage with the audience to build community.
- Support public relations efforts, including media outreach and press release writing.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
- Assist in brand management initiatives to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Strong project/time management skills, and verbal written communication skills
- Work and problem solve independently
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
- Word Press experience preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in production of marketing collateral required
- 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
- Background in health insurance a plus
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
