HR Manager
Location: Coppell, TX
Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday (8:00-5:00)
We're partnering with a mid-sized company seeking an HR Manager to own day-to-day HR operations and help strengthen the overall work environment.
This is a highly hands-on role where you will serve as the primary HR leader onsite, owning the full employee lifecycle and partnering closely with leadership to support both office and warehouse teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Act as the main HR point of contact onsite, supporting managers and employees directly
- Own and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Oversee benefits administration and employee communications
- Maintain and manage HR systems and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations (I-9, FMLA, workers' comp, etc.)
- Drive improvements in HR processes and help bring structure to the organization
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a hands-on HR role (Manager or senior-level Generalist ready for next step)
- Proven experience owning payroll and day-to-day HR operations
- Strong employee relations experience
- Background in operations-driven environments (manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse)
- Strong technical skills in HR systems (Rippling or similar) and Microsoft tools
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
