About the Role
We’re seeking a high-impact Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack, cross-functional team building scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in Java, React, and modern software architecture, combined with proven team leadership and delivery excellence.
You will play a key role in driving engineering strategy, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Software Engineering
- 3 years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead role
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
- React.js / Modern JavaScript frameworks
- SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading full-stack development teams
- Strong understanding of System Design, Microservices Architecture, and REST APIs
- Experience with QA Automation frameworks (preferred):
- Playwright with TypeScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team (Backend, Frontend, QA)
- Drive design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
- Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Promote automation-first QA practices using tools like Playwright (TypeScript)
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to define and execute technical roadmaps
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance optimization, security, and scalability
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, coaching, and career development
- Improve team productivity through Agile methodologies and engineering best practices
- Work with SQL and Python for data processing, integrations, and analytics
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
