Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full construction project lifecycle: pre-construction, planning, execution, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure profitability
- Maintain cost-to-complete accuracy and manage financial performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Serve as primary client contact and manage client relationships
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and billing
- Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, budgets, schedules, reports)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and contract specifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Procore (required)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
