Job Summary:
The Juice Lady ATL is seeking a high-energy, personable Sales Ambassador to drive sales and customer engagement at our Dunwoody location. This is an interactive, sales-focused role that requires proactively engaging guests, educating them on wellness products, and creating a memorable experience that converts interest into purchases. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and enthusiasm for wellness products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage guests throughout the food hall and invite them to learn about products
- Use a structured sales approach to initiate conversations and drive purchases
- Create a warm, upbeat, and engaging customer experience
- Educate customers on juices, cleanses, ingredients, and wellness benefits
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust approach as needed
- Collaborate with ownership and follow training, coaching, and sales expectations
- Maintain high energy and engagement throughout the shift
Required Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality with confidence, initiating conversations with new people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
- Ability to follow direction, coaching, and a structured sales process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment
- Sales-oriented mindset with resilience and persistence
- Ability to remain energetic and engaged throughout shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in wellness, holistic health, or natural products
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, brand ambassador, hospitality, fitness, or promotional sales
- Experience working in high-traffic environments such as food halls or retail spaces
Work Environment / Schedule:
- In-person role at Politan Row Food Hall
- Friday & Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sunday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Fast-paced, high-traffic environment requiring constant interaction with customers
