ROLE IMPACT
The Sales Director will drive revenue growth and lead the go-to-market buildout for a healthcare technology organization delivering SaaS (Software as a Service) and consulting solutions across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) programs. This role exists to design, launch, and scale a comprehensive market strategy while building a high-performing sales organization. Success is defined by revenue attainment, successful go-to-market execution, market expansion, and executive-level client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the full go-to-market buildout, including market segmentation, territory design, sales enablement, competitive positioning, and channel/partnership strategy across RCM and CMS-focused markets
* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization (SDRs, Account Executives, partnerships) to exceed revenue and pipeline targets
* Own enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, including forecasting, contract negotiation, and executive presentations
* Position solutions across the full RCM lifecycle: patient access and eligibility verification, coding and charge capture, claims management and denial resolution, payment posting, and accounts receivable optimization
* Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO), Revenue Cycle leaders, and compliance stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree) preferred
* 8 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in sales leadership
* Proven experience leading go-to-market strategy buildout and selling healthcare SaaS and/or consulting solutions within Revenue Cycle Management environments

Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
