We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. This entry level role is ideal for a designer who is eager to grow their skills while contributing to a wide range of marketing and communication projects. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a collaborative, fast paced environment while supporting the development of visual materials used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design day to day marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email graphics, flyers, presentations, and event materials in alignment with brand guidelines
- Adapt and update existing creative assets across formats and platforms to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Edit images, graphics, and layout files while preparing production ready assets for digital and print
- Design branded swag and promotional items, as well as event materials such as signage, displays, and printed collateral
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal teams to fulfill design requests and support company campaigns
- Assist with onboarding new loan officers and teams by helping them access and use marketing templates and tools
- Provide basic support and guidance on marketing resources and platforms as needed
- Assist with organizing and maintaining shared design files and marketing asset libraries
- Support the design team in completing projects and maintaining timely delivery of marketing materials
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
