Be the Coordinating Powerhouse Behind 50 Social Media Accounts!
Are you a social media wizard with a knack for organization and analytics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, we want YOU to work with our team to assist all of our Loan Officers in making social media easy for them, while elevating their online presence!
Key Responsibilities
Content Coordination & Scheduling:
-Oversee 50 social media accounts (helping record remotley each month, coordinating edits with out editing team, and scheduing 10 reel and 4 carousel posts which are provided for each LO each month).
-Collaborate with our amazing in house editors for content creation and ensure seamless content sharing.
-Schedule all posts like a pro—complete with captions, emojis, hashtags, and flair in Sprout Social!
-Assist individuals newer to social media by filming them live using Riverside.
-Onboard new program participants with ease, ensuring a smooth start.
Training & Development:
-Attend and possibly assist with one monthly company-wide social media training lead by our Social Media Program Lead.
-Offer personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions to Loan Officers when needed, empowering them to shine online.
Data-Driven Growth:
Provide monthly feedback and recommendations to top-producing Loan Officers to keep them ahead of the game.
What You Bring to the Table
-Expert-level skills in organization, communication, and customer service. This is KEY
-Hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts (beyond your personal pages).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Metricool (or similar platforms is a plus).
