Required Skills:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, brand-conscious design across print and digital platforms
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); comfort with Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools is a plus
- Advanced understanding of grid-based design and how to structure layouts for clarity, balance, and impact
- Ability to design across multiple brands/styles and adapt visual approaches for different audiences
- Fluency in typography, layout composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing/proofing instincts
- Organized, dependable, and able to balance speed and precision under tight deadlines
- Ability to produce high-volume, high-quality work quickly
